Delete your Vink account

You can delete your Vink account at any time, directly in the app. Deletion is permanent.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Vink app.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted permanently — it cannot be restored.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile data.
• Your photos and everything derived from them (scores, statistics, insights).
• The ratings you gave to other people are anonymised: they no longer point to you and are kept only in aggregate, so that other users' results remain valid.

Retention

Your photos and the data derived from them are deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Backups are overwritten in the course of routine deletion. Records we are required to keep by law — in particular moderation and report records — are retained for up to 3 years to handle disputes and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If you cannot access the app

Email us at contact@vink-app.com from the address you registered with, and we will delete the account for you.
